After they discovered the mecha
I think we have found what we needed to come and rescue all of you. Akira and Naoya called it a "mecha" from something called anime. Kerri and I didn't know anything about that, but it was something like Crow's Divine Knight, Ordine. I know I didn't explain about that in my letter, but the fact that he could pilot a Divine Knight is why he is not easily replaced and his hatred for the one I have to stand against now is why I would not accept replacing him. I was his guide in learning how to handle Ordine, so I'm familiar with such devices.
I seem to have become the pilot because I'm the only one familiar with it. Naoya is trying to do repairs on it so I can pilot it more efficiently. Either that or I'll teach him. The communications and weapons systems seem to be down, but it can still move and it can hold all of us plus a pilot.
Once repairs are complete, we're going to scout more and find the base. We will come for all of you. I know I am not going to accept leaving this world without seeing you again.
